Setsail delivers marketing work directly. For company formation, compliance, logistics, or other specialist services, we first confirm needs and responsibilities, then assist with a referral.

Two-party case

10%

The referral share goes to the introducer. The base is the service provider’s net amount received.

Three-party engagement

7% + 3%

Guide partner 7% + Setsail network fee 3%. Two separate debts, no advances.

Protection period

12 months

Counted from the lead registration date; the reporting window is 14 days.

Public pages describe coverage, not a roster. A partner contact list is not available here. A partner’s name appears only on a co-branded page with written approval, and Setsail decides the matching. To see what we cover in a particular market, see market coverage.

We clearly do not do

  • No full-scope or master contract (we do not take overall responsibility for partner delivery)
  • No co-management of funds, guarantees, advances, or joint ventures
  • Do not collect or pay third-party funds on someone else’s behalf
  • No external AI implementation (AI accelerates our own delivery only)
  • No free diagnostics or success-fee arrangements
  • Do not publish a partner contact list (we sell coverage, not a roster)
