Contents of this website
The market information, pricing, and content on this site are for reference only and do not guarantee results in a particular market. Actual scope, deliverables, and pricing are governed by the formal quotation and contract signed by both parties.
Boundaries of responsibility
Setsail’s only external delivery lines are marketing (website build, SEO, advertising, and content) and market-entry diagnostics. Setsail contracts directly with the client and owns delivery within that scope.
Company formation, compliance, real estate, channels, and other local delivery are contracted directly between the client and the service provider for that market, who carries full delivery responsibility. Setsail handles intake and orchestration; it does not take on delivery, guarantee outcomes, advance funds, or collect or transfer third-party payments. See partner network.
Diagnostic product
The market-entry diagnostic delivers a report and one briefing to validate requirements and produce an execution plan. It does not promise listing, channel access, or local delivery results; channel development is referral-based.
Advertising and media fees
The client pays advertising and media fees directly to the platform; they do not pass through Setsail’s account.
