Planned collection when the form opens
Name, work email, and consent will be required. Company, target market, B2B or B2C model, product, and current questions will be optional. We plan to retain consent and notice-version records when accepting a request; the recording mechanism must be verified before activation.
Use and storage
Consultation details are intended to be stored in the Odoo customer management system used by Setsail, so intake staff can respond, understand requirements, and arrange follow-up. Existing consultation records are managed under migration and retention procedures. The retention period will be published once confirmed. We will not use the email supplied for this consultation to send unrelated marketing.
Partner referrals
If a case involves referral to a local service provider, we will seek your separate consent before the referral and identify the recipient and purpose. We will not pass your details to a partner without that consent.
Abuse prevention and technical records
The scope of abuse-prevention tools and necessary technical records remains to be verified. We will update this notice to reflect the actual configuration before activation.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. The request channel will be published once the privacy contact email is confirmed. The currently disabled consultation form cannot accept these requests.
